Objectives:  SWBAT-
  1. Identify kitchen tools and small appliances.
  2. Prevent kitchen accidents
  3. Describe the common types of food-borne illness & symptoms.
 Essential skill to be mastered:
  1. For students to be able to work in a clean and safe cooking environment.  
  2. Able to determine which kitchen tool will suit their needs.
  • I can create a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • I can properly identify kitchen tools and explain their uses.
